 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.  About two weeks ago, our air conditioning system went out, and since the unit was original to the house, we knew we were probably getting close to the point where we had to decide whether it was worth repairing or replacing.

We called Honest Heating and Air Conditioning and had a really great experience from start to finish. They came out, inspected the system thoroughly, and took the time to explain exactly what had failed and what our options were. What I appreciated most was that we were given both repair and replacement options without feeling pressured either way.

They explained what it would cost to repair the old system, what we could realistically expect out of it afterward, and also went over the benefits of replacing it with a new system. Since the old unit had already been there since the house was built, we ultimately decided it made more sense to replace it rather than keep putting money into an aging system.

The installation went very smoothly. They were professional, clean, organized, and paid attention to the small details. They also took the time afterward to make sure everything was running correctly and showed us what we needed to know about the new system.

It was honestly refreshing dealing with someone who was straightforward and actually gave us choices instead of immediately trying to sell us the most expensive option. Our house is cooling great now, the new system is much quieter than the old one, and we are very happy with the decision.

We would definitely recommend Honest Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone looking for an honest, knowledgeable HVAC contractor. We will absolutely be calling them again in the future.
